We booked the hotel two weeks before arrival and stayed for three days. The staff were wonderful, everything was handled efficiently, the room was clean, the food was delicious with a good, large selection at the buffet, and a children's quest was offered, after which the hotel gave a gift! That was a lovely touch. :)

Staff were really nice and quick to help those that are prepared on arrival the room was great very clean and comfortable and walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise!

The breakfast buffet has a large selection and was nice and fresh. Very tasty. We ordered room service and it came quickly and the food was delicious. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we all slept well. The staff were very polite, well presented. The main facilities were nice and clean.

The staff were very attentive and professional! So helpful and catered to a few issues we had resolving them quickly and kindly. Impeccable cutsomer service from the team including Sara, Vinni & Sara the manager also. The location is fantastic and perfect for being central to the tram & restaurants in walking distance as well as the main strip.

This property's rooms are beautiful, it has all of the facilities and even a seafood buffet down stairs, The staff in the Buffet were lovely, This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

I am a returning customers for the 3rd year for the Gold Coast Marathon weekend. Vini at the front desk checked me in and offered me a upgrade to a premium room with an ocean view and breakfast. I requested a blanket. Vini brought the blanket to my room and made sure I'm happy with the room. Room was really spacious and beautiful. A trade off is that there is no bath tub in the premium room. Bed was comfy. Shower pressure was fantastic. Breakfast was good. It could be hotter. 😁 There's also a $17 lunch deal at Social House which is quite a good value. The hotel is conveniently located next to Surfers Paradise tram stop. I caught the bus (bus #777) from the airport to Broadbeach and changed tram (4 stops) to get to the hotel. Once get off the tram stop you can walk through the bar to the reception rather than going around the building. I requested a late check out on another occasion. It was granted without any issue. Definitely coming back next year when I'm back to participate to Gold Coast Marathon weekend. 😀

The location was excellent - close to public transport, amenities, the beach and all the places we needed to get to. The room was cosy and spacious enough for three, the city view was lovely, the beds were super comfortable, everything was clean (and I loved the brand of the hair and skin products provided), the games room was great and the pool was wonderful!

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any needs. The hotel is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the view from my room was simply stunning. Highly recommend!"

Room was clean and a good size. Big bed and good sized TV. Great location. In house restaurant, Clifford's Grill & Lounge, was exceptional.

I think it was pretty good. Staff were quite nice and accommodating. Didn’t spend much time at the property as it was a work trip so can’t really say if it was that wow or not but it was good.
